About the Game
- Q. I’m a beginner who can’t read sheet music. Can I still play?
-
A. Yes!
Even if you can’t read sheet music, you can intuitively play the piano by following the falling notes (the bars representing sounds).
- Q. Which songs can I play?
-
A. When you purchase the app, 30 songs are included initially.
We offer over 200 songs, mainly J-POP and anime music. You can purchase them one by one to play or practice as a rhythm/piano game.
We’ll continue adding more songs, so stay tuned!

-
A. No. You can only play the initial 30 songs.
For the rest, you purchase each song you want to play (planned price is about $3–$4 per song).
About the Play Environment
- Q. Do I need a piano?
-
A. Yes. You need a digital piano that has a MIDI output.
Additionally, you will need a MetaQuest3 / 3s (VR headset) and a connection cable.
For details, please see “What You Need to Play the VR Piano Game.”
- Q. How do I connect my piano and VR headset?
-
A. You connect your digital piano directly to the VR headset via a MIDI cable.
- Q. Which VR headset can I use?
-
A. We are currently developing the app assuming use with MetaQuest3.
We plan to update it later so it can be used with other VR headsets or XR glasses.
- Q. Can it be used overseas?
-
A. No. At present, it’s only distributed in Japan.
We plan to make it usable overseas in the future.
Other
- Q. Will I experience VR sickness?
-
A. Unlike action games, where the viewpoint constantly moves, Sigure keeps your viewpoint fixed while playing piano, so VR sickness is less likely.
*If you do experience VR sickness, please remove the VR headset and take a break.
- Q. Can I use it while wearing glasses?
-
A. If you use the glasses spacer included with Meta Quest, you can still play while wearing glasses.
Alternatively, if you purchase prescription lenses for Meta Quest, you can use it without glasses.
